Since leaving a successful commercial law practice in the mid-90s, Dave Lesser has built Klarian Capital Group and Steppingstone Advisors to address the unique needs of smaller middle market companies and their owner-operators, who are driven by entrepreneurial passions but challenged by the gaps in their classic operating and financial skill sets. The toolbox we have built around this basic concept enables us, through both Steppingstone's Consulting Services and Klarian's Transactional Services, to support Clients in overcoming distress, breaking through stagnation, transitioning infrastructure and management, growing fast but responsibly, and, ultimately, achieving a successful exit. Although we remain industry agnostic, our greatest success stories have come in the Information Technology, Professional Services, Manufacturing & Distribution, and Real Estate industries.
