At my core, I’m a builder of relationships, high-performing teams, and revenue. I’ve consistently delivered results by closing impactful deals while also investing time in mentoring and coaching sales professionals to reach their full potential.
I hold an MBA in Leadership and a Sales Certification from Sales Assembly. I bring a modern, multi-layered approach to growth, blending relationship-driven sales, targeted marketing, data insights, strategic partnerships, and a strong personal network to create and win new opportunities.
What drives me most is helping people. I am a Go-Giver at my core. Whether that’s solving complex challenges for customers or helping a teammate level up, I’m genuinely energized by making an impact. I believe leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about showing up, adding value, and lifting others along the way. That mindset shapes how I lead; with a focus on servant leadership, clear communication, collaboration, and trust.
A couple of ideas I live by: “Feedback is a gift, it’s up to you how you unwrap it.” And one that always sticks with me from Simon Sinek is “Leadership is not a license to do less. Leadership is a responsibility to do more.”
