With a BS in Business from the University of Southern California I spent over 30 years in all aspects of foodservice - as an owner of independent upscale casual concepts, restaurants, banquet halls, micro brewery/brew pubs and more. Developed entirely new concepts, responsible for raising capital, design & construction, financial planning, and full management of operations.
