A highly accomplished and results-driven leader with a management background, Hammond is well-versed on the “coaching vs managing” intricacies and how to educate clients on franchising business ownership opportunities they may not have previously considered, or even been made aware of.
Having worked with hundreds of small businesses, independent manufacturer representatives, franchise owners, and suppliers, Hammond prides himself on building trusting relationships and applying both a strategic and tactical approach for his clients. Subscribing to the motto of “personal happiness equates to greater professional productivity,” Hammond builds strong business relationships and takes a personal approach to each client, including their work/ life balance, franchise-based business ownership opportunities, and general career transitions.
Residing outside of Chicago, Hammond and his wife, Courtney, have 2 children who are busy with travel sports, and enjoy spending time traveling with their extended families.
