Bio
David has helped launch, grow and operate several successful businesses throughout his career. He is a natural leader, strategic thinker and relationship builder with a talent for building high-performance teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
In addition to business building, he has spent majority of his 25 year career within professional services and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Having worked on hundreds of projects throughout his career, his professional services experience is broad and diverse in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Financial Statement Audit and Forensic Accounting.
David served as Chief Operating Officer at RedRidge Diligence Services and helped build that into a highly profitable professional services firm from early stage. At the end of 2023, RedRidge sold to a $1 billion financial services Company. David led the entire sale process.
He is currently an Independent Trustee and Audit Committee Chair of Tidal II, a leading ETF investment and technology platform. This is the second Trust launched by Tidal. Tidal currently has > $30 billion of assets under management.
Prior to RedRidge, David started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Europe. During that time he led teams within Financial Statement Audit, Forensic Accountingand M&A.
Outside of work, David enjoys golfing, recording music and spending time with his family. He is an active member of his community and volunteers as Treasurer for a local charity.
