Daniel is the founder of Cedar Lake Partners, a consulting firm focused on supporting PE-backed companies and their investors.
Previously, Daniel was VP of Transformation (VPT) for Platinum Equity (contract).
Before Platinum, he was at Pace Analytical, an LGP portfolio company, where he was VP of Strategic Growth and M&A. Before, he was VP and P&L owner of a 450+ FTE services division.
Before Pace, Daniel spent 5 years in management consulting, focused on mergers & acquisitions and value creation for mostly PE clients, leading many transactions, and executing activities from M&A strategy, due diligence (CDD/VDD), and integration, to PE portfolio company value creation.
Before consulting, he spent 5 years in various Director-level GM roles at GE Healthcare, operationally leading P&L's as well as forming and scaling new businesses and restructuring existing businesses.
