I'm Jozef Ogrodny, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), CPA, and Business Coach with nearly 20 years of experience guiding business owners through growth, transition, and leadership challenges. My background includes leadership roles at Deloitte and Grant Thornton, where I specialized in advisory, valuation, and strategic consulting for private and public companies.
Today, I work with privately held, mid-market businesses—often family-owned—with revenues up to $50 million. I help owners increase enterprise value, strengthen leadership teams, and prepare for successful transitions—whether that means scaling, succession, or exit.
