Bio
Jordan is a Managing Director and Head of Origination at Summit, splitting his time between New York and Denver. Jordan has over 25 years of experience in distressed credit/equity investing, turnaround consulting, and startups.
Prior to joining Summit, Jordan was a Principal at a New York-based private equity fund focused on sourcing and managing middle-market special situations, including debt and control-equity investments across a range of industries. Before that, he was a Founder and Head of Business Development for National Pecan Company, a private equity-backed platform established to build one of the world’s largest pecan growers. Earlier in his career, Jordan was a member of the investment team at Mellon HBV Alternative Strategies and a consultant at Loughlin Meghji + Company, a turnaround and restructuring advisory firm serving both debtors and creditors. He began his career in the Corporate Finance group at CIBC Oppenheimer.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Bucknell University. Outside of Summit, he enjoys spending time with his family, restoring antique automobiles and mountain biking.
