Michael is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Pine Harbor Industrial Partners, a Chicago-based independent sponsor focused on direct investments in industrial distribution and supply chain businesses. He brings a CEO-level perspective to value creation, with expertise in operational leadership, strategic execution, M&A integration, digital transformation, and performance improvement.
Previously, Michael served as President of his family's truck and automotive parts distribution company, where he led the consolidation of three separate Chicago facilities into a state-of-the-art distribution hub in Crown Point, Indiana — unlocking tax incentives, lowering labor costs, and improving operational efficiency. He championed the adoption of ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems to modernize legacy operations and drive performance. Michael also orchestrated the sale of the business to Investcorp and played a key leadership role in the subsequent merger with S&S Truck Parts, ensuring zero disruption to employees throughout the integration.
