Patricia Breslin Denny has over 40 years of merger and acquisition experience from the deal side as well as managing Chapman Associates. Patricia has been involved in arranging middle market deals and has personally been instrumental in more than 200 transactions with a purchase price of $3 million to $150 million.
Patricia has represented a vast array of clients from large corporations to family-owned and founder-led businesses in the transportation, manufacturing, IT, food & beverage, and business-to-business industries. Her knowledgeable and decades of experience help anticipate and be initiative-taking regarding many of the issues that buyers and sellers encounter, as well as the understanding of the process of a successful transaction.
With a strong focus on relationship-building and long-term outcomes, Patti is committed to helping business owners navigate the complexities of exit planning and strategic growth. Her experience spans buy-side and sell-side advisory, due diligence coordination, and deal execution.
Patricia has prior experience selling real estate as well as real estate tax reductions for commercial and industrial properties. She is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker in Illinois and Florida.
Patricia earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University, with a specialization in Finance and Business Administration.
She lives in Wyoming with her dog, Finn. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, golf, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
