Bio
Patti started at Chapman in 1985 and has over 40 years’ Merger and Acquisition experience from the deal side as well as management of Chapman. She was General Manager/ Vice President of Chapman in 1986; and help Joe manage Chapman for decades. Patti has been involved in arranging middle market deals and has personally been instrumental in more than 150 transactions with a purchase price of $3 million to $100 million.
Patricia has prior experience selling real estate as well as real estate tax reductions for commercial and industrial properties.
Patricia earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University, with a specialization in Finance and Business Administration. She is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker in Illinois and Florida.
She lives in Wyoming with her dog Finn. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
