With ten plus years of experience as a senior executive, I am best described as a leader who listens, communicates clear expectations, empowers those around him, and holds team members accountable. I build organizational cultures of collaboration and creative problem solving that leverage the unique skills and abilities of the collective team against the highest value opportunities for the business. I find satisfaction and continued motivation in accomplishment and the unrelenting pursuit of continuous growth for those around me as well as myself.
Along with a strong education, I have rich experience in P&L management, M&A, business development, engineering and product development, and operations. I have led growth of both revenue and profit through strategic planning and execution of organic initiatives and also through sourcing, vetting and executing acquisitions of various sizes to expand product lines, capabilities, and customer access. I have served in leadership roles for businesses of varying size from small start-up to large multi-national corporation.
Today, I serve as President of Hampel Corporation, a privately held middle-market manufacturer of heavy gauge thermoformed plastic solutions. We serve OEM partners and also manufacture proprietary products for a variety of markets.
