Mark is an entrepreneur who is passionate about helping others succeed.
For the last 15 years, his focus has been in the financial sector, starting and acquiring companies in the wealth management, exit planning and tax services arena.
He spent the two decades prior owning and operating companies in the manufacturing sector specializing in components for the aerospace, military, medical and automotive industries. He also served as a partner in an e-commerce start up, selling access control systems to large industrial and commercial complexes. This company was acquired by a larger national conglomerate three years after its startup.
Mark helps clients construct and understand customized financial and tax strategies. He is a big believer in educating clients in the strategies they are using and sets a high priority on transparency and accountability. His primary objective is to provide clients with a tax efficient roadmap and walk with them on their journey.
Mark brings over 26 years of entrepreneurial experience to his role as a strategist and advisor. He’s worked as a licensed business broker, exit planner and small business advisor.
One of his companies, Painless Tax Solutions, helps main street and middle market sellers navigate the tax implications of their sale. He works in conjunction with sellers, intermediaries, and CPAs, introducing strategies designed to help sellers keep more of the proceeds from the sale of a company.
