Frank Aiello, founder of US Asset Appraisals, has established himself as a leading authority in certified machinery and equipment valuations since launching the firm in 2020. Holding prestigious credentials including Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) and Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA), Aiello has expanded his operations from a single Minneapolis office to six locations across the Midwest, including Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
