Sean Glennon spent 20 years in org design, process improvement, and people strategy at Shell, AbbVie, JLL, and Gallagher. He partnered with leaders across sales, operations, finance, and product to build organizations from scratch, integrate acquisitions, and redesign how teams work. He's always started by defining the actual problem before jumping to a solution.

Sean has led the people and process side of multiple acquisitions, from integration planning through onboarding and organizational redesign. He's restructured teams at every scale, and he knows how to design an organization post-acquisition to maximize earnout and hit savings targets. At JLL, he helped stand up a global product management organization from zero to over 200 people and managed major account acquisitions with up to 1,000 employees joining the firm with a single client. At Gallagher, he brought four business units together into a new global entity, building out the organizational structure, aligning people and processes, and doing it without any dip in productivity or revenue.

These are the same challenges that show up in every small business acquisition: how do you professionalize operations, reduce key-person risk, and build systems that don't depend on one person's memory?
Now he runs Glennon AI, a consulting practice focused on helping new owners of $3M–$30M businesses find and fix the operational gaps that drain margin. His methodology starts with diagnosis, understanding what's actually happening in the business before prescribing solutions. From there, he builds workflow and software solutions, documents processes, and deploys tools that automate routine work so the owner's team can focus on growing their top line, not chasing the bottom line.

Sean builds with clients, not just for them. Every tool, workflow, and process created in an engagement is tailored to the client. The goal is always the same: when he leaves, they have the tools to implement today and the knowledge they need to keep running an outstanding operation. And when they call him back, it's to bring the latest insights and applications to their business because he stays current on what's changing so they don't have to.
