As a member of Amundsen Davis’s Corporate & Securities Service Group, Danielle is a transactional attorney who concentrates her practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of industries, guiding companies and business owners through the full lifecycle of complex deals. She also advises companies and business owners on a variety of complex legal and business matters, including business formation, corporate governance and structure, as well as commercial contracts and real estate matters.
