For over two decades, John Thwing has been a significant leader in SBA lending. With a deep knowledge of SBA lending opportunities, John has closed an extensive number of SBA 7(a) and 504 loans. John specializes in business acquisitions, expansions, commercial real estate and partner buy-outs, helping countless small businesses fund their next step. Throughout his career, he’s earned the nickname "The SBA Guy." John joined Live Oak Bank in 2022 and resides in Minneapolis, MN.
