A firm dedicated to helping business owners navigate ….and take control of……the most significant financial transaction of their lives, exiting their business. She collaborates with owners and their Advisory Team who are 3-10 years from divesture in capital and/or contribution. Helping to educate, evaluate and formulate an intentional plan for ownership transition. With particular expertise in designing “internal” transitions, key employee incentive/retention plans and business continuity plans.
