Reagan Hogerty is a co-founder of H&H Industries, is a diversified private investment firm focused on the lower middle-market (i.e. sub $3mm EBITDA) with a disciplined investment strategy focused on partnering with management teams to facilitate long-term growth and value creation. The investment philosophy of H&H is centered around its partnership approach and creates significant equity opportunities for key management. Prior to H&H, Reagan spent 25 years with Jordan Industries and JZ Partners and was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and leading the execution of various build-up strategies, as well as working with the operations teams to integrate and grow acquired businesses.
